HISTORY

Vicenttin Performance Excellence and Kaizen was formalized in 2012 by Alejandra Vicenttin, ASQ CQM/OE, and Javier L. Martinez after working for over 30 years together in the Service, “Life-Style” and Hospitality Industries with best in class companies (The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Four Seasons). Vicenttin had led her previous organizations to win The Malcolm Baldrige National Award, The Mexican National Quality Award three times, and many times AAA Five-Diamond Award, and Five-Star Forbes.
 
Alejandra lived in Japan and other Asian Countries; and while there they spent time in Toyota working on the Just-In-Time methodology, benchmarking the Deming Prize Organization and even attending the Deming Prize Ceremony. 

The V-PEAK team had supported “life-style”, service, hospitality educational and related organizations, providing organizational assessments, strategic guidance, service culture designs and implementation support to help clients achieve breakthroughs in performance.

Now, the founder, Alejandra Vicenttin through V-PEAK has expanded and further diversified her career. Her own company and team of experts are offering these services and products, beyond historical achievements and performance. They continue to provide exceptional performance excellence, competitiveness and related professional guidance and high strategic impact interventions services across the U.S, Mexico, The Caribbean, Latin America, Spain and other countries.  Vicenttin is a Director at the American Society for Quality http://asq.org/index.aspx
